A highly successful Miami real estate developer and broker for more than 25 years, Steve Blumenthal is President of a full-service real estate brokerage firm, JS Commercial Realty. As one of the principals of the Pan American Companies, a full-scope real estate development company with emphasis on land economics, he developed a multitude of large-scale projects including the Doral Concourse, Commerce Park of Coral Springs, Merrick Plaza, Pan American Business Park, 150 Alhambra Plaza, and Pan American West Park. Blumenthal also participated in the development of hospitality projects as a board member of Cardel Hotels and a principal in the RodBlu Investment Fund. Blumenthal holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. |
