Derek Bandeen joined Citi in April 2008 as Global Head of Equities Trading and was appointed Global Head of Equities in August 2008. Prior to joining Citi, Bandeen spent 22 years with Morgan Stanley where he was Head of the Institutional Equity Division for Europe. Bandeen was born in Montreal, Canada. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in Economics from Duke University in 1984 and earned his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business in 1985.
