CasaNovo Partners Affordable Housing Fund was formed in March 2010 to develop affordable, middle class housing in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica.  The Fund takes advantage of an unprecedented opportunity to utilize specialized funding from the U.S. Government’s Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) to meet the growing housing needs of Latin America’s rising and ever more prosperous middle class.  The Fund builds upon the real estate acumen and development experience of its principal, Carlos J. Rodriguez, in partnership with the leading Chilean developers of affordable housing units, The Stitchkin Group, along with a savvy, experienced group of real estate investors and other skilled housing developers in Brazil and Colombia.
