The Stitchkin Group is a vertically integrated real estate firm that has built over 80 buildings in Chile, most of which are in the affordable housing segment. Since 1983, they have sold over 21 million square feet of residential, office and retail space for a total transaction value of over $2 billion. The company is currently marketing over 60 projects, representing a total value of over $750 million, and manages an investment portfolio worth more than $600 million.
Claudio Stitchkin, President & Lead Partner
Stitchkin is the founder of the holding company, with more than 25 years of business experience in setting up companies linked to real estate. His innovative projects and their successful financial results have made him a well-respected industry figure at a national level. In addition to residential and commercial real estate developments, Stitchkin has also applied his business expertise to the hotel, restaurant, and food production industries.

Jose Steinsapir, Vice President
Steinsapir joined Grupo Stitchkin after an outstanding career as a general manager of retail companies. Trained as a civil-industrial engineer, with a graduate degree in Business Administration, at Stitchkin he has focused on the structuring of long and short-term financing, links with project investors, and the global management control of the companies. He also participates in the ownership and management of other companies linked to real state, health care, agro-industry retail, and charitable foundations.

Patricio Rojas, Real Estate Development Director
With 20 years experience in the real estate business, Rojas joined Stitchkin a decade ago. He is in charge of the study, structuring and development of the group’s real estate projects. He also oversees consulting activities for private companies and governmental entities that require expertise in real estate matters.  Holder of a Master’s degree in Business Adminstration, Rojas serves on the board of directors of real estate companies and teaches at the university level.

Unitas Consultoria e Empreendimentos LTDA
Unitas, a Brazilian real estate investment and structured operations consulting company, has provided consultancy and fund management services for transactions with an aggregate value of approximately U.S. $5 billion over the last ten years.  They specialize in the planning, development and commercialization of large real estate projects.

Joao da Rocha Lima Jr., Founder & Managing Director.
Rocha Lima Jr., a Civil Engineer and PhD in Real Estate, is a professor of real estate, finance and economy at the graduate level, and head of the Real Estate Department at Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo. He is the founder and managing partner of Unitas.  Some of his clients include the biggest real-estate developers in Brazil, including Brazil Realty, Gafisa SA, and Grupo INPAR, as well as some well-renowned American companies such as Marriott International Inc.

Regia Consultoria
Regia Consultoria has been active for over 40 years in the real estate industry in Brazil and has completed several infrastructure projects for hydroelectric plants and ports as well as numerous residential and commercial buildings. In the last 20 years, Regia has built approximately 6,000 units or over 3.3 million square-feet of residential space in Sao Paulo.

Antonino Freire da Silva, Founder & Managing Director
Freire has a degree in civil engineering and started his career building infrastructure projects for small hydroelectric plants and ports through the 1960s and 70s in his native Brazil. In the 1980s, after an extensive research about the popular housing market in Brazil, he initiated affordable housing projects in the state of São Paulo. Since then he has built over 6,000 units, over 3,336,000 square feet of living space focusing mostly on the lower classes of the population. Freire has also vast experience in other infrastructure areas such as basic sanitation, power plants, water and electricity distribution. With over 20 years in the housing sector of the economy, Mr. Freire is a member of Public Housing Policy board of SECOVI , the association of companies that buy, sell, rent, lease and manage residential and commercial properties. In addition, at FIABCI—the International Federation of Real Estate Businesses—Mr. Freire is member of the Private-Public Relationship Committee.

Bridgeloan Investors, Inc
Bridgeloan Investors is a Florida-based company that is involved in real-estate lending and investment activities in the U.S. and Brazil.
Ricardo Eichenwald, Partner
Eichenwald arrived in the U.S. from his native Brazil in 1991 to run the international arm of the financial group he co-founded, the Ourinvest Group of financial businesses. The company included a merchant bank, a broker/dealership, and a leading Brazilian gold refinery. With the sale of his shares in the Brazilian business, in 1997 Eichenwald and his partner started Horn Eichenwald Investments, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm that manages offshore funds and private high net-worth individuals’ portfolios. The mortgage company was renamed to Bridgeloan Investors, Inc. and operates in most segments of the real estate market. Currently he is a partner and director of these companies and is on the Board of Hidropar SA Participacoes and Latam Water Participacoes SA--businesses that deal in water and sanitation in several Brazilian cities.

Joseph Horn, Partner
Joseph Horn studied Business at Mackenzie and Marketing at ADVB in São Paulo, Brazil. From 1979 until 1997, Horn was a founding partner and managing director of the Ourinvest Group. In 1997, this venture evolved into Horn Eichenwald Investments Corp, an asset management company, and Bridgeloan Investors, Inc., a real estate finance company, with his fellow principals Ralph Horn and Ricardo Eichenwald. Currently, Horn Eichenwald Investments Corp provides asset allocation and advisory services to high net worth individuals and Bridgeloan Investors, Inc. offers short term commercial loans, manages rental properties in the United States, and develops real estate.

Ralph Horn, Partner

Ralph Horn graduated in 1985 from Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with a degree in Business Administration and in 2004 he earned his MBA from University of Miami. As Chief Financial Officer at Ourinvest Group, Horn gained significant experience in the analysis of U.S. and foreign securities markets, with particular emphasis on instruments traded in Brazil. He also acted as chief credit officer, evaluating the credit worthiness of issuers of financial instruments and supervised the trading of diverse instruments including bonds, stocks and derivative products. He was the third co-founder of Horn Eichenwald Investments Corp.

Fernando Braghin, Senior Analyst

Fernando Braghin joined Bridgeloan Investors, Inc. in 2006, managing all real-estate operations from the time of acquisition to the sale of the deal, as well as analyzing new projects in the pipeline. Prior to joining Bridgeloan Investors, Fernando was a manager at Answerthink, Inc., today called the Hackett Group, a consulting company specialized in benchmarking and process improvement. During his consulting years, he led and delivered several projects for Fortune 500 companies, improving their financial systems and procedures. Braghin graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with degrees in Industrial and Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Uribe is a cofounder and stockholder of Proksol. He has a Bachelor of Science from Los Andes University in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Water Resources Management from the same university. Mr. Uribe has acquired a Master of Engineering from Cornell University in Operation Research and Industrial Engineering, complemented with an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, NYIT. He also obtained the designation as Project Management Professional, PMP, as certified by the US Project Management Institute, PMI®

Francisco Plata, Real Estate Development Management
Mr. Plata is a stockholder of Proksol; he has a Bachelor of Science from Los Andes University in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Science in Water Resources Management from the same university. Mr. Plata also acquired an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University and an MBA from DUKE University. He also obtained the designation as Project Management Professional, PMP, as certified by the US Project Management Institute, PMI®.

Mauricio Lopez, A&E Design Department Manager
Mr. Lopez is a cofounder and stockholder of Proksol, he has a Bachelor of Science from EAFIT University in Mechanical Engineering. He also obtained the designation as Project Management Professional, PMP, as certified by the US Project Management Institute, PMI®. Mr. Lopez is experienced in leading design teams for A/E construction projects, and is in charge of directing and overseeing all design efforts of the company.

Dario Delgado, A&E Construction Department
Mr. Delgado is a stockholder of Proksol. He has a bachelor degree from Los Andes University in Architecture. He also obtained the designation as Project Management Professional, PMP, as certified by the US Project Management Institute, PMI®. Mr. Delgado has has personally directed and managed projects in Colombia and Latin America.

German Aranguren, Home Office Management and Support Area Manager
Mr. Aranguren is a stockholder of Proksol, he has a bachelor degree of Business Administration from Sabana University. His professional experience includes acting as General Manager for Security, Automation and Control (SAC) and for Bosch & Siemens Home Appliances branch in Colombia. Managing SAC SA he had the opportunity to act as subcontractor for US government funded projects in multiple sites, performing electric and communication works and installing electronic security systems in flight simulator buildings, hangars, office and administrative buildings and training facilities.

Eduardo Pizano (AINCOL Ltda.) – Advisor
Eduardo Pizano, founder of AINCOL Ltda., has provided strategic consulting services to several public sector housing and infrastructure projects in Colombia since 2002 including:

• 36,000-unit, macro social housing project in Soacha municipality
• 10,000-unit, macro social housing project in Piedecuesta, Santander municipality
• 4,000-unit, macro social housing project in Chia municipality
• Luxury housing development over 70 hectares in La Calera municipality

Pizano was the Minister of Economic Development, reporting to the President of Colombia, from May 2001 to August 2002 and Chief of Staff to the President of Colombia from March 2000 to May 2001. Between 1998 and 2000, he was the President of National Telecommunications Company of Colombia, a government-owned enterprise with annual sales of $1 billion, a Senator between 1991 and 1998 and Public Affairs Manager for Royal Dutch Shell Group between 1986 and 1991.

Camilo Congote – Advisor
Camilo Congote, a civil engineer with extensive business experience, is the founder and project manager of Colombia’s Amarilo Construction Company. In the last 20 years, Amarilo has developed over 100 real estate projects including 25,000 residential units and 1,000 commercial units. Congote provides consulting services to private and public entities in the Colombian real estate industry. He is an expert in the development of megaprojects and is well-versed in affordable housing policies in Colombia. He is the force behind the “Ciudad Verde” project in Bogota. This project expects to include some 36,000 affordable homes, two schools, libraries and a clinic. Congote also serves on the Board of Directors of several public and private entities recognized in Colombia including the Metrovivienda, Camacol, Corazon Verde and Integriti Partners among others.

T-Team Construction and Investments, Inc. is a family owned corporation established in 2006 by Frank Rodriguez and Maria Cristina Obregon in Miami, Florida. Major clients include Miami Dade Public Housing Agency, Golden Sands General Contractors, Archie’s USA Restaurants, King Kone Hand Rolls Restaurant. T-Team’s experience is based on a variety of projects including bank buildings, ADA projects, MIA security projects, healthcare and hospitals, doctors’ offices, American Airlines Arena, restaurants and commercial and residential renovations.

Frank Rodriguez, President
Frank Rodriguez is President and founder of T- Team Construction. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, with urban and regional studies at U.C. Berkeley and extensive studies in historic centers and urban patrimony in South East Asia and Europe. He is a Certified Florida State General Contractor and Certified Building Inspector. Frank has 10 years experience in USA and 20 years in Colombia in Architecture, Design, Project Management, Construction Administration and Entrepreneur for residential, commercial, and governmental companies.

Maria Cristina Obregon, Vice-President
Maria Cristina Obregon is Vice-President and cofounder of T-Team Construction. She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Los Andes University and a Post-Graduate Degree in Economic and Social Evaluation of Projects from the same university. She has an Advance Professional Certificate in Project Management from Florida International University and the Project Management Professional Certification-PMP from the Project Management Institute-PMI. Cristina has worked as consultant to public and private entities of Colombia and also in the coordination of the technical support and financial aid of the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
