Regional Project Manager
As Costa Rica Project Manager for RodBlu Investments and CasaNovo Partners, Victory is an expert at navigating the myriad government requirements for development in Latin America. He has trained extensively with the Stitchkin Group in Chile as preparation for his active role in the Heredia development. Prior to his tenure at RodBlu, Victory served as General Manager for several leading consumer products distribution companies in Costa Rica. Previously, Victory was Financial Manager of Fertica, S.A., Costa Rica’s state-owned fertilizer monopoly with annual sales of over $100 million. He assisted in the privatization of the company when it was bought by Austin Power-Ohio and Enaex-Chile and worked on several international joint ventures. In an engineering capacity, he was assistant to the chief engineer for construction of the Santa Rosa Dam at the Corobici Hydroelectric Project and also designed earth movement and concrete foundations for the Ventanas-Garita Hydroelectric Project, both in Costa Rica. Victory also served as Deputy Director for Costa Rica at the Central American Bank of Economic Integration. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and Master of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. |
